1. Access listing from notification
Once a notification is opened, you can click on the cell within excel and this should take you directly to the associated listing in Eebz.
2. Access listing from a dashboard card
On a majority of our dashboard cards you can click on the data line and that will take you directly to the associated listing.
3. Access listing from the reseller
First go to the specific reseller (you can search by name in the Reseller tab)
Find the listing with your product in the Reseller listing index (e.g. type the product name in the search box)
Click on this and you will be taken to the associated listing.
Product must be selected to be tracked
You will need to add a product to be tracked to view the listing associated with the link. This can be added by an organisation admin in the products tab > add Products (or speak to your customer success partner).
