## 9. Tips & Best Practices

- Use **SKU Lists** to pre-group products before building Dashboard widgets or Reports — this makes filtering much faster.

- The **PerfectPage** sub-tab on both Retailer > Listing and Product > Listing views checks whether your product content (images, titles, descriptions) meets retailer standards.

- **RRM actions** can be logged against both individual retailers and individual products — use them to track conversations, compliance issues, or follow-up tasks.

- The **DAM tab** is the central place to manage product images per SKU; make sure each SKU has the correct assets uploaded before checking PerfectPage scores.

- Use the **Lifecycle** field on products to control which items appear in availability and pricing reports (only items in active lifecycle stages are shown by default, configurable in KPI settings).
