What is PerfectPage?

PerfectPage is an Eebz product designed specifically to increase your online product sales through optimising the consumer path to purchase, the product content and your retail media spend.

Our platform offers 15 fully customisable metrics tailored to your product's unique needs. It scans, ingests, and recommends optimal data to enhance discoverability, ensuring accurate images, descriptions, keywords amongst many others. Additionally, it optimises retail media spend by leveraging strong organic rankings on e-commerce platforms.

What Metrics Does PerfectPage Track?

Category Placement
Is your product listed in the correct category? It should appear alongside relevant competitors to maximise visibility and sales.

Category Ranking
Where does your product appear on category or product listing pages (PLPs)? How does this position compare with competing products?

Search Ranking (SERP)
Is your product discoverable for key industry or category search terms? How does it rank relative to competitors?

Stock Availability
Is your product in stock across all intended retailers? Out-of-stock items can prevent winning the buy box and limit sales.

Default SKU Display
Is the correct SKU variant featured on PLPs and PDPs? Is it optimised to drive conversions (e.g., the most popular size, colour, or configuration)?

Product Title
Does the title align with brand guidelines and include the right keywords to improve search visibility and organic ranking?

Product Images
Are images accurate, high-resolution, and optimised for both user experience and organic ranking?

Product Description
Does the description highlight key features, include SEO-friendly keywords, and meet retailer requirements?

Manufacturer Part Number (MPN)
Is the correct MPN in use? Incorrect MPNs can mislead customers and highlight grey-market risks.

Global Trade Item Number (GTIN)
Is the correct GTIN assigned? Errors here can also cause confusion or highlight compliance issues.

Reviews & Ratings
What is your product’s average review score and volume of reviews? How does this compare with competitor benchmarks?

Enhanced / Featured Content
Is enriched content (e.g., A+ content, rich media, or brand blocks) being used effectively? How does your content stack up against competitors?

Product Specifications
Are all specifications accurate and complete? Errors in data uploads can mislead customers and hurt trust.

Product Recommendations
Which products are being suggested alongside yours on PDPs? Are these driving cross-sell opportunities, or are competitors stealing attention?

Retail Media Spend

What retailers do you track for PerfectPage

Eebz monitors over 1,200 global retailers & marketplaces, all fully enabled for PerfectPage tracking.

Our proprietary data extraction technology is purpose-built to capture critical product information multiple times per day - reliably, at scale, and without impacting retailer site performance.

Can I customise the categories, keywords, or products I want to track?

Yes. Admin users can fully customise their metric requirements in two key ways:

  • Weighting – Adjust the importance of each metric to fit your priorities. For example, you might set image accuracy to carry 20% of the score and category ranking 15%. Your product’s overall performance score will automatically reflect these changes.

  • Parameters – Define custom targets for each metric within your settings. For instance, you may want your product to appear between positions 5–10 for the SERP keyword ‘55-inch TV’ on Walmart. The system will track your actual ranking against this benchmark and generate a performance score

Does it show historical trends or only real-time performance?

Both, our in-app dashboards showcase live data, but we can also show historical trends over time to help users understand the benefit of optimising their key product metrics.

These insights are delivered in the way of a notification; users can pre-select the dates which are of interest to them.

How accurate is the data collected?

Our data quality is controlled by a complex proprietary ‘sanity filter’ which removes ‘bad’ data outside of strict guidelines. Our engineering team monitors the quality daily & updates when required. Independent tests have found our data to be >95% accurate.

How do you handle retailer changes (e.g., new categories, updated PDP layouts)?

We understand the shifting demands of web scraping ecommerce stores; our system is agile & able to adapt automatically to these changes in most circumstances. When this isn’t the case our data engineering team steps in to resolve & we notify customers of the impact.

What kinds of reports or dashboards are available?

We provide both dashboards and notifications to help you stay on top of performance:

Dashboards

  • Listing Overview – Snapshot of individual listing scores.

  • Product Overview – Aggregated view of all listings tied to a specific product.

  • Retailer Overview – Performance scores across all products and categories within a retailer.

Notifications

  • Default Notifications – Delivered via Excel, including:

  • Overview Tab – Highlights product > listing scores falling below your minimum threshold.

  • Actions Tab – Lists PerfectPage findings with recommended actions to improve performance.

  • Historical Notifications – Track listing and product scores over custom time periods, making it easy to measure improvements over time.

These tools allow you to monitor performance trends, identify opportunities for optimisation, and even layer in competitor analysis to sharpen your strategy

Can I export data to Excel, Power BI, or other BI tools?

Yes, and yes. The insights are sent by Excel attachment by default, but we also have an API available that will integrate with any exterior system.

Does the tool provide alerts for issues like out-of-stock or content errors?

Yes, but currently we only provide these insights once daily through our default notification. Please talk to us if you require a custom notifications timetable.

How quickly can I get started after signing up?

Onboarding times vary based on the number of skus and retailers. But our usual timeline is 4-6 weeks.

It is more than likely we’re already tracking your products, if we are, then this will significantly decrease the time to go-live.

Do I need to provide product catalogs, or will the tool identify products automatically?

Our proprietary Eebz PRS (product recognition system) can identify your product worldwide and make accurate auto-matches, all we require to get started is:

  1. SKU list

  1. Retailer list

  1. An onboarding date

Is training or onboarding provided?

Yes, we provide a bespoke on-boarding service tailored to your unique brand & team requirements. The additional set-up is done by us, but future system adjustments can be made by your nominated organisation admin.

What kind of customer support is available?

Depending on the business's requirements we can provide a dedicated customer support manager to assist within business hours. We also provide a free of charge AI-powered chatbot which gives significant guidance to any troubleshooting issues.
